The MS-IST program at the Virginia Campus serves the rapidly growing Dulles Technology Corridor. The campus is GW's flagship research and technology campus and home to GW's Executive MIS and Executive MBA programs.
The majority of Virginia Campus students are employed full-time by the area's international technology and management companies and are pursuing their graduate degree on a part-time basis. Students have access to the Department's Management Decision Center -- a fully equipped technology classroom and decision support facility -- as well as the Virginia Campus electronic library with a full range of on-line and traditional library resources.
The full-time academic and professional staff serves primarily local professionals pursuing their graduate degree on a part-time basis.
University Center is
on Route 7, one mile west of Route 28 and
five miles north of Dulles International
Airport in Loudoun County. The Campus is 13
miles west of Tysons Corner, and eight miles
east of historic Leesburg, Virginia.
Excellent highways link the campus to
Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington,
DC.
Note: International students requiring visas MUST apply to the Main Campus,
Washington, DC.
